ECONOMICS · PLATFORMS · STABLECOINS

I build data platforms and study how money emerges. PhD candidate in economics at George Mason (monetary theory, IO, agent-based models). I lead the IMF's economic data collection platform, run a delivery team that modernises SDMX-based collection systems, and ship the agentic-AI tooling behind them. Earlier at the Central Bank of Brazil, I led the .NET platform modernisation, the public mobile apps, and the PIER / SALT distributed-ledger research prototypes. PUBLICATIONS ABOUT / CV STABLECOINS
